Travel Quest: Around the World
A classic board game where teams of teens move around a 24-space track by answering travel-themed speaking prompts. Players describe sightseeing experiences, discuss souvenirs, mime activities, and share travel photos and maps. Includes 3 chance cards for dynamic gameplay.

Speaking prompts on the board
- Ask your partner: What souvenir would you buy? Why?
- Discuss with your group: Where is the best place to go sightseeing?
- Act out taking a photo at a famous landmark. Your team guesses where you are.
- Tell the class about one place you want to visit and why.
- Tell your partner: What do you do on holiday? Use 'I go...', 'I visit...', 'I buy...'
- Your team must agree: Best souvenir to buy—postcard, toy, or food?
- Mime reading a map and finding a location. Say the place name when done.
- What do you see when sightseeing? Describe it: 'I see a big...' or 'There is a...'
- Ask your partner: Do you like taking photos? What do you photograph?
- Stand up and mime buying a souvenir at a shop. Say 'I want...' or 'How much is...?'
- Discuss with your group: Should you take a map or use your phone? Why?
- Describe a class you would take on holiday. Example: cooking, art, dance.
- Tell your partner: What is your favourite souvenir? Where is it from?
- Act out being tired from sightseeing. Show how you feel and say one place you visited.
- Your team presents: Plan one day of sightseeing. What do you visit first, second, third?
- Ask your partner: Is it better to travel alone or with friends? Why?
