Story
- You walk into a silly paint shop. The owner, Mrs. Rainbow, looks very confused! All the paint cans are mixed up on the floor. She says, 'Oh no! I need help! A customer wants blue paint for her bedroom, but I cannot find it. Can you help me?'
- You search through the paint cans. You find a pink can, then a white can, then an orange can. Finally, you find a blue can! But wait... the label says 'PURPLE' on it. Mrs. Rainbow laughs. 'Oh! I painted the cans the wrong colours! This blue can is actually purple inside!'
- You ask Mrs. Rainbow, 'Do you have a list of all the colours?' She smiles and shows you a big book. You see pictures of blue, pink, white, orange, and purple. 'I remember now!' says Mrs. Rainbow. 'The blue paint is in a box under the red shelf!'
- You search more carefully. You find a pink can, then another pink can, and another pink can! 'Oh no,' says Mrs. Rainbow. 'I think I ordered too much pink!' You move the pink cans and finally find a real blue can. The label says 'BLUE' and it is blue inside too!
- You look under the red shelf. You find not one, not two, but FIVE blue paint cans! 'Wow!' says Mrs. Rainbow. 'I forgot I put them here last week!' You pick up one blue can and it is very heavy. 'This is perfect for the customer,' you say happily.
- You and Mrs. Rainbow work together for two hours. You organize all the paint cans by colour. Blue cans go together. Pink cans go together. White, orange, and purple cans all have their own places. Mrs. Rainbow says, 'Thank you! Now I can find colours easily! You are very smart!' She gives you a…
- You give the blue paint can to the customer. She is very happy! 'Thank you so much!' she says. 'This blue is perfect for my bedroom walls!' Mrs. Rainbow smiles at you. 'You are wonderful! Come back soon, and I will give you a free paint can. What colour do you like? Blue, pink, white, orange, or…
- You give the purple paint to the customer. She opens the can and looks confused. 'But I wanted blue!' she says. 'This is purple! It is very beautiful, but it is not the right colour for my bedroom.' Mrs. Rainbow is very sorry. 'Oh no! I made a mistake!' The customer leaves without the paint. Mrs.…
