The Locked Workshop: A Christmas Escape

It is Christmas Eve, and you are visiting a famous toy workshop. Suddenly, the door closes behind you and it will not open! A note on the wall says: 'Only clever helpers can leave. Solve my five puzzles and find the secret word.' Use what you know about Christmas to open the door before midnight.
Solve all five Christmas puzzles, collect one letter from each, and spell the five-letter secret word to unlock the workshop door.
