- Max wakes up late for school. He runs to the bathroom to brush his teeth. But wait! He cannot find his toothbrush. He looks in the mirror and sees many items on the shelf. This soap, that perfume, and these hair products are everywhere! Where is his toothbrush?
- Max looks at the shelf carefully. He sees this deodorant next to that hand lotion. He also sees a hair dryer and a hairband. But where is his blue toothbrush? Then he notices something strange. There is a toothbrush, but it is purple, not blue! Is this his toothbrush or does it belong to someone…
- Max calls his sister Emma. 'Emma! Did you move my toothbrush?' Emma laughs. 'Yes! I used your toothbrush because I could not find mine. I am sorry!' Max is surprised. Emma shows him where she put it. She placed his toothbrush next to this lip balm on the counter. Now Max can brush his teeth!
