Speaking prompts on the board

  1. START: Say your name and your favourite dog colour!
  2. Pair talk: Why do you like dogs? Say 'I like dogs because...'
  3. Act out a dog playing. Tell your partner what it is doing.
  4. Group share: Describe a pink dog toy. Use 'It is... and it has...'
  5. Pair talk: Do you have a dog? Say 'Yes, I do because...' or 'No, but I want...'
  6. Make a dog sound! Then say: My dog sounds like... because...
  7. Tell your group: I like pink and dogs, so I would buy a... toy.
  8. Pair presentation: What colour is your dream dog? Why that colour?
  9. Group game: Name three dog types and say one pink thing about each.
