A board game where young learners identify and describe objects in their home and school. Players move around the board by answering speaking prompts about everyday items, using simple present tense and basic descriptions. Speaking prompts on the board
- Ask your partner what objects are on their desk right now.
- Describe your school bag. What color is it? What do you put in it?
- Act out opening a door, sitting down, and writing with a pen.
- Ask your partner: What is your favorite object at home? Why?
- Your team must agree: Name three objects you use every morning.
- Show with your hands: How big is your classroom? How big is your bed?
- What objects do you see in your kitchen? Name three and describe one.
- Act out using a computer, then a pencil, then a book.
- Ask your partner: Do you have a toy? What color is it?
- You have 30 seconds to describe your bedroom. What objects are there?
- Discuss with your group: Which object in school is most important? Why?
- Stand up and mime: brushing your teeth, eating breakfast, drinking water.
