My Week Adventure
A 24-space board game where young learners tell a new classmate about their typical week—work, hobbies, daily habits, and favourite places. Players speak in pairs, teams, and solo to share real information about their lives.

Speaking prompts on the board
- Ask your partner what time they wake up on school days and what they do first.
- Describe what you eat for breakfast and whether you like it.
- Act out your morning routine—your partner guesses what you are doing.
- Ask your partner how they travel to school and why they like that way.
- Your team must agree: what is the best thing about school? Explain your choice.
- Explain what your favourite subject is and why you like it.
- Act out a sport or activity you do—your partner guesses what it is.
- Ask your partner what hobby they do after school and how often they do it.
- Describe your favourite place in your town and what you do there.
- You have 30 seconds to present: tell the class about your best friend and one thing you do together.
- Compare your weekend with your partner's—what is different?
- Stand up and mime eating your favourite meal—your team guesses what it is.
- Ask your partner what they do on Saturday morning and whether they enjoy it.
- Explain which day of the week you like best and what you do that day.
- Your team must agree: what is the best restaurant or café in your area? Why?
- Describe a place you visit often and what you like to do there.
- You have 45 seconds to present: tell the class about your typical Sunday and one thing you always do.
- Act out getting ready for bed—show your partner what you do before you sleep.
- Ask your partner what they do when it rains and whether they like rainy days.
- Compare what you do in summer with what you do in winter—which do you prefer?
- Discuss with your group: what is your favourite day of the week and why do you like it?
- Describe your favourite hobby and explain why you enjoy doing it.
- You have 60 seconds to convince the class: what is the best way to spend a free afternoon?
