Global Jetsetters: A2 Speaking Board Game
Teens travel around a 24-space board answering questions about travel, food, daily routines, dreams, and social media. Players land on spaces and respond to speaking prompts that require full sentences and genuine communication. Chance cards add surprises and bonus speaking tasks.

Speaking prompts on the board
- Ask your partner what they ate for breakfast today and whether they liked it.
- Your team must agree: what is the best food in your country? Why do you think so?
- Describe what you usually do after school on a normal day.
- Act out your morning routine from waking up to leaving home — your team guesses each action.
- Ask your partner: where did they go on their last holiday and what did they do there?
- You have 30 seconds to present your dream holiday destination and explain why you want to go.
- Discuss with your group: which social media app do you use most and what do you do on it?
- Compare your school day with your partner's school day — what is the same and what is different?
- Stand up and mime playing your favourite sport — your team guesses what sport it is.
- Ask your partner what they want to do in the future and what job they want to have.
- Explain what you did last weekend and whether you enjoyed it or not.
- Your team must agree on the best day of the week and give two reasons why.
- Describe a typical meal in your home — what foods do you eat and when do you eat together?
- Act out ordering food at a restaurant — your partner is the waiter or waitress.
- Ask your partner: what is their favourite film or TV show and what happens in it?
- You have 60 seconds to convince your team that your favourite food is better than theirs.
- Describe how you spend time with your friends and what activities you do together.
- Discuss with your group: what is more important for a holiday — good weather or interesting places?
- Stand up and show with your hands how tall you are compared to your partner.
- Explain what you usually do on social media and why you like using it.
- Ask your partner: if they could travel anywhere in the world, where would they go and why?
- Your team must agree on three things you need for a perfect beach holiday.
- Act out being very tired after school — your team guesses how you are feeling and why.
- You have 45 seconds to describe your ideal daily routine from morning to night.
