Daily Routine Race
Young learners race around a 24-space board answering questions and performing tasks about their daily routines. Players take turns speaking about what they do from morning to bedtime, asking partners questions, acting out activities, and working together as teams. Chance cards add surprises and keep the game lively.

Speaking prompts on the board
- What time do you wake up on school days? Say the time.
- Ask your partner what they eat for breakfast and if they like it.
- Act out brushing your teeth. Your partner guesses what you are doing.
- Your team must agree: what is the best time to play outside?
- Describe what you wear to school. Include two colors.
- Ask your partner how they get to school and how long it takes.
- Stand up and mime getting dressed. Can your team guess what clothes?
- What do you do at lunch time? Explain in two sentences.
- Ask your partner what their favorite subject is and why they like it.
- You have 30 seconds to present: describe your afternoon after school.
- Compare your morning with your partner's morning. How are they different?
- Act out doing homework. Show with your hands what subject you do.
- Discuss with your group: what is the best time to eat dinner?
- What do you do before bed? Name two things and explain why.
- Ask your partner: do you have a pet? What does it do during the day?
- Stand up and show your bedtime routine with actions. No talking!
- Explain: what time do you go to bed and why that time is good?
- Your team must agree: what is the most fun part of your day?
- Ask your partner: what do you do on weekends? Do you like it?
- You have 60 seconds to convince your team: why is sleep important?
- Compare a school day with a weekend day. What is different?
- Act out three activities from your daily routine. Your group guesses them.
- Describe your perfect day from morning to night. Say why it is perfect.
- Ask your partner: what is one thing you want to change about your day?
