Body Parts Board Game
Young learners move around a 24-space board answering questions about their bodies, acting out movements, and discussing health and daily routines. Players use present simple, past simple, and can/can't to describe body parts, abilities, and actions.

Speaking prompts on the board
- Ask your partner which body part hurts when they play sport.
- Act out brushing your teeth. Your team guesses what you are doing.
- Describe your favourite colour and what you can see with that colour on your body.
- Ask your partner what they do to keep their teeth clean and healthy.
- Your team must agree: which body part is most important for sports?
- Stand up and mime putting on your shoes. Your partner says what you are doing.
- Explain why you need your ears and what you hear every morning.
- Ask your partner what they cannot do with their left hand.
- You have 30 seconds to present: describe your face and hair to the class.
- Act out a morning stretch. Show your arms, legs, and back moving.
- Compare your hand size with your partner's hand. Whose is bigger?
- Discuss with your group: what body parts do you use when you dance?
- Show with your hands how tall you are and how tall your best friend is.
- Ask your partner what they do when their head hurts or their stomach hurts.
- Explain what you can do with your mouth and your tongue every day.
- Your team must agree: which body part is most important for eating?
- Act out getting dressed in the morning. Show your arms and legs moving.
- You have 30 seconds to present: describe one thing you did with your hands today.
- Ask your partner what colour their eyes are and what colour their hair is.
- Show with your fingers how many toes you have on each foot.
- Describe which body parts you use when you write, draw, or play a game.
- Discuss with your group: what body parts do you wash in the shower?
- Ask your partner what their favourite body part is and why they like it.
- Act out a full-body stretch from your head to your toes. Say each part.
