A phonics Jeopardy game for young A1 learners. Students read and say words with S blends (st, sp, sn, sw, sk), L blends (bl, cl, fl, gl, pl) and R blends (br, cr, dr, fr, gr, tr). They learn new words and use them in simple sentences.

- S Blends (100): This animal is very slow. It has a shell on its back. Its name starts with sn. What is it?

- R Blends (200): You eat this food at breakfast. You make sandwiches with it. It starts with br. What is it?
- R Blends (300): Read these words: crab, drum, tree. Say the blend in each word.
- R Blends (400): Read these words: train, truck. Say how a train and a truck are different.
- R Blends (500): Read these words: grapes, present. Say why children like grapes or presents. Use the word because.
- Blend Detectives (100): Read the word snake. Is it an S blend, an L blend, or an R blend?
- Blend Detectives (200): Read these words: stop, black, green. Which word has an L blend?
- Blend Detectives (300): Read these words: spider, flag, crown. Sort them into S blend, L blend and R blend.
- Blend Detectives (400): Say three new words: one S blend, one L blend and one R blend. Say the blend in each word.
- Blend Detectives (500): Make one sentence with an S blend word, an L blend word and an R blend word.
- All About Me (100): Say your favorite color: blue, green or brown. Say the blend in your color.
- All About Me (200): What do you eat for breakfast? Use a blend word like bread, fruit or grapes.
- All About Me (300): Choose a toy you like: a train, a drum or a block. Say a sentence about it and say the blend.
- All About Me (400): If you go to the park, what do you do there? Use blend words like swing, slide or climb.
- All About Me (500): Compare a frog with your pet or a pet you like. Say two ways they are different.
