Around the World: Nationality Remix
A 25-space speaking board game where teen learners (A1) practice talking about nationalities and countries. Players answer prompts about where they are from, describe people from different countries, and build confidence using 'Where are you from?' and 'I'm from...' / 'I'm...' structures. Includes pair-talk, team discussion, action tasks, and mini-presentations.

Speaking prompts on the board
- Ask your partner where they are from and what continent their country is on.
- Name one country in Asia and say if you have been there or want to go.
- Act out a person from China doing their favorite activity. Your team guesses the nationality.
- Your team must agree on one thing that is famous about France or French people.
- Ask your partner if they know anyone from Brazil. What is their name?
- Say: I am from Spain or I know someone who is Spanish. Tell one sentence about that person.
- Stand up and mime a typical activity from England or a British person. Others guess.
- Ask your partner: do you like Japanese food? What is your favorite food?
- Your team must agree on one European country and say where you would like to go there.
- Say the names of two countries in North America and say if you have been there.
- Ask your partner: what is your favorite food? Is it from your country?
- You have 60 seconds to present: explain where you are from and three things about your country.
- Ask your partner to name one country in South America and say the weather there.
- Ask your partner: do you have a friend from Iran? What is their name and what do they like?
- Discuss with your group: what sports do you like? Is your favorite sport from Australia?
- Name one African country. Ask your partner: have you been there or do you want to go?
- You have 45 seconds to present: which country would you like to visit and why?
- Describe a North-American person you know. What is their name? What do they like?
- Your team must agree: name one Asian country and one European country. Say if you want to visit.
- Ask your partner: do you know a Brazilian person? What is their name and what are they like?
- Stand up and show with your hands or face how a South-American person might dance.
- Ask your partner: are you Chinese? Where are you from? What is your nationality?
- You have 30 seconds: describe yourself and say what nationality you are and why.
- Ask your partner to name one country from each of the six continents they know.
- Act out three different nationalities doing their favorite sports. Your team guesses each one.
